I want to tighten up the steering response by adding stiff sway bars. I’ve seen sway bars with descriptions saying there about 700% stiffer than stock. Where can I find both front and rear bars recommended to work with each other to take the guess work out. My suspension is stock. P.S. it would be nice if they came with basic hardware.
I have a set of adjustable front and rear H&R sway bars on my bmw. The nuts are set in the holes closest toward the center. Is this the tightest setting?
I know the hazards of driving with the front sway bars disconnected on road, but I want them disconnected once I’m on the trail. How do you disconnect the front stock sway bars? And don’t tell me to get quick disconnects, I will once I get my lift. All I need is some instructions on how to disconnect the front sway bars and how to keep them out of the way while off roading. Thanks!
After driving the Bel Air, assessing its handling characteristics and putting it on the rack for a full inspection, we determined that a new Sport Sway Bar Set and a performance alignment would make it handle like a new car. To read more on this build, visit: www.hotchkis.net

WATCH IN FULL SCREEN ONLY!!!! For high performance handling, you should upgrade the springs, shocks, wheels, tires, brakes, camber kits, and front/rear sway bars. Increased handling will result in a better ride, more reliable acceleration, faster turns, and faster braking. It will seem like the car is on train rails. To maximize performance, add racing seats and harnesses. At 1:11 it’s the tie bar, not sway bar.

I have a 1991 Oldsmobile 88 Royal that has a load clunk in the left front side when I turn. I replaced the sway bar last year but never did grease it. Didn’t know if it was needed! The long bolt on that side looks alittle loose. If it isn’t the bolt or no grease, does anyone know what it could be? Maybe Tie Rod or Ball joint?
I was disconnecting some end links on a sway bar and i happend to ruin the drivers side while doing so.
Can i just replace the drivers side sway bar end link and not replace the passengers side because the passenger side is still good?
New end links only come 1 per pack so i am just making sure i can just replace 1 side without and suspension repercussions by not replacing both sides. The vehicle only has 60k miles on it.
I heard some of these cars came with a rear anti sway bar? if im not mistaken the magnum(78,79) 300 and charger(77) was from that era came with this as an option can I get one from one of these cars and bolt it on? and what exactly does it bolt on too? I also have dual flowmasters running straight back over but bent over my rear axle will this get in the way of the sway bar install?

Check out Out My Mini LST turning with the Losi Sway Bar Kit Installed. Check out How the rear tire dosent lift off the ground as much I also dont have to layoff the throttle as I did with out the Sway Bar. Big Difference with the sway Bars not as prone to flipping over and you can hear the tires screaching… Check out my vid with out the Sway Bars and you can see what a big difference it makes. I highly recomend getting them.

Can someone help me figuring this out? What is the different between performance strut bars / lower arms vs sways bars? Which tend to perform better? Can both be install?
I want comfort and better handling. I don’t need to make a turn at high speed.
Thank you much!!!

Thank you all for answering my question!!!
So, to add comfort and handling, I should go with a sway bar kits? And may be upper strut bars to avoid body rolling?
