Should i lower my integra using coilovers or lowering springs?

i need help to decide if i should lower my car on coilovers or lowering springs.my car is going to be a daily driver ,and im going to have 15″ wheels. Any suggestions?

    As far as I know if you have the money coil overs are the way to go? Because of the way you can adjust them and over all ride quality.
