Does anyone know if 1994 Toyota Camry lowering springs would fit on a 95 Escort?

Of course not. A Camry is a Toyota and a mid size car. An Escort is a Ford and a compact. They share 0 parts.

Not a chance. Parts from different manufactures do not interchange.

If the springs were somehow the same diameter, you might be able to use them.. However you should definitly have a professional look at it. Probably a better bet to go on ebay and buy a coilover kit or something.
